Welcome to LCCG - Low Cost Card Grading in Hong Kong!
Part A - These terms and conditions govern the grading service offered by us.
LCCG is a brand of Graded Card Company Limited, a company limited by shares in Hong Kong.
We accept submission of vintage Pokemon Cards from 1996 to 2012 for grading on a scale of 1 - 10 at a relatively cheap rate as compared to other well-known grading companies. By submitting to us, you agree that you hold us harmless from any claims of damages to your cards. We are only responsible for your cards once they are confirmed to be received by us, in which case a confirmation email / Whatsapp message will be sent to you. The cards will be graded at our premises and will be encapsulated into a slab. The current grading fee stands at what is shown in our website. If at any time the value of the card exceeds the declared value, we reserve our rights to refuse grading or grade with an increased charge at our absolute discretion. You warrant that the cards you submit to us are authentic, and if this is not the case, we shall return the card to you while still charging the grading fees. All shipping fees will be borne by you and if such is incurred by us, we shall charge you with the same pending the release of the submission back to you. We hold a lien to your cards or submissions until all outstanding fees are settled by you.
We shall grade and encapsulate as soon as possible in accordance with time frame of the service guarantee. Business days do not include statutory holidays or Saturday or Sunday.
