Every step on record. Every card stays in Hong Kong.
Submit, inspect, grade, collect. The full sequence happens here — no international legs, no customs, no guesswork. Turnaround: 7 business days max depending on tier

The grading workflow, in full
Cards are received by appointment at Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong. Each submission is logged with a unique identifier, photographed front and back, and stored in a controlled environment before inspection begins.
Four-axis inspection under magnification
Surface, edges, corners, and centering are assessed in sequence using calibrated lighting and optical magnification. Each axis is scored independently and recorded on the card's inspection sheet.
Grade assignment and documentation
A final numeric grade is assigned from the four-axis scores. The result is recorded against our published rubric, cross-referenced with international scale benchmarks, and attached to your card's permanent record.
Encapsulation and collector return
Graded cards are sealed in a tamper-evident case printed with the grade and card ID. Collectors are notified and can collect within the 7 day window (depending on tier).
Same scale. No hidden criteria.
Our grading scale runs 1–10 and maps directly to internationally recognised benchmarks. Every criterion is documented publicly so you can verify any grade we issue against the same standard your buyer uses.
Surface condition
Edge and corner wear
Centering ratio
Scratches, print lines, and staining assessed under 10× magnification. Graded 1–10 against documented defect thresholds.
Chipping, nicking, and whitening measured at each of four corners and all four edges. Scores averaged against published wear thresholds.
Front and back centering measured as percentage ratios. Deductions applied per published tolerance bands at each grade tier.
7 business days max.
